Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any damaged items, broken, cracked, shattered or lost.
You can contract the post office to see if they can refund you etc.
We always pack everything very carefully, bubble wrap all our candles.
We are not responsible for the post office mistakes.

EDIT: I can't find out how to remove the review so I made it 3 star instead of one. They said they got hacked but have resolved the issue and Etsy refunded me. Original: I ordered on the 9th of August and it's now August 23rd and the package still says it's in "Pre Transit." I don't know if this shop is not kept up with or if there has been a mix up. They still have yet to get back to me on the issue. If they are going through some things I hope they're okay.

I can't comment as I have never received the candle. My daughter would have loved it. Still waiting for the vendor to reply. EDIT: The vendor replied and explained the issue and compensated me. She is more than gracious and kind. I will look forward to purchasing her products in the future.
